Where can I drop off my film rolls in KL?
We have two convenient physical drop-off locations in Kuala Lumpur:

Do you accept film orders outside of KL / Selangor?
Yes! We accept mail-in and courier orders (PosLaju, J&T, DHL, NinjaVan, etc.) from all states across Malaysia (including Sabah & Sarawak). Simply fill out our WhatsApp drop-off form, send your rolls to our lab address, and share the tracking code with us!
How long does film developing take?
Standard 35mm C-41 color film, disposable cameras, and remjet-free cine film take 1–2 working days after we receive your physical rolls. Black & White film takes 3–5 working days.
How will I receive my digital photos?
Once scanning is complete, a high-resolution Google Drive or Dropbox link containing all your digitized photos will be automatically sent straight to your WhatsApp number.
Do I get my physical negatives back?
Yes! Your film negatives are safely cut, sleeved in protective glassine sheets, and kept ready for shop pickup in Cheras. If you live further away, you can select return postage during checkout and we’ll ship them back to you.
What if my film roll comes out completely blank?
If a roll comes out completely unexposed or blank (due to improper film loading, shutter malfunction, or severe underexposure), the flat-rate processing fee still applies because chemical development and technician labor are fully used in the process.
Do you process old camera rolls found in drawers?
Yes, we process old, expired, or long-forgotten film rolls! While colors and contrast may shift over time on expired film, our scanners work to recover as much detail as possible.
